b.)凌晨5時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。
No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
c.)凌晨5時至上午9時，持牌人須確保處所內無人飲用酒類飲品。
The licensee shall ensure that no person consumes liquor on the premises between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
d.)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。
The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off.
e.)處所內須裝設閉路電視(附錄影設施)，所有閉路電視錄影資料須保留至少1個月，供警方有需要時查看。
CCTVs (with recording facilities) shall be installed inside the premises and all CCTV recordings shall be kept for at least one month and be available for the Police inspection as and when required.
f.)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得在地下(G/F)開著揚聲器或其他擴音器及播放音樂。
No speaker or other sound amplification shall be switched on and no music shall be played on ground floor between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
g.)持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。
The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence.
h.)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。
