PRH and HOS: the Difference

Public Rental Housing is let by the Housing Authority at subsidised rents to eligible households. Home Ownership Scheme courts are subsidised flats sold below market price; owners must pay a land premium before selling on the open market. Estate shopping centres and markets usually sit at the heart of an estate and serve as the neighbourhood's daily shopping and dining hub — many are now run by Link REIT or other owners.
