Hong Kong Park, Pet Garden & Jogging Track Map
Looking for a park to let the kids run around, or a pet garden for the dog? "HK Utility Map" shows nearby LCSD parks, pet gardens, and fitness walking tracks, with opening hours and on-site facilities.
LCSD Parks & Gardens
From large district parks and botanical gardens to neighbourhood sitting-out areas, the map plots LCSD parks with address, opening hours, and on-site facilities such as children's playgrounds, pavilions, jogging tracks, and ball courts.
Pet Gardens: Where Dogs Are Welcome
LCSD runs pet gardens and pet-shared parks across Hong Kong — among the few leisure venues dogs may enter. The map lists each one separately. Most other parks still prohibit dogs and prosecution is possible, so check before you set off.
Fitness Walking Tracks
Fitness walking tracks are marked running routes inside LCSD parks and sports grounds, some with distance markers. The map shows where each track starts, handy for planning a morning or evening run.
Browse facilities
Every facility has its own page with address, hours, the nearest MTR station and what is within 500 m. A selection, one per district; the map above lists everything near you.

💡 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are dogs allowed in Hong Kong parks?
Most LCSD parks prohibit dogs under the Pleasure Grounds Regulation, and offenders can be prosecuted and fined. Dogs are welcome in pet gardens and pet-shared parks, listed as a separate layer on this map. Service dogs such as guide dogs are exempt.
What time do parks open?
Large parks generally open from early morning until around 11 pm, some small sitting-out areas are open 24 hours, and individual facilities such as playgrounds and ball courts may keep shorter hours. Hours shown come from LCSD open data; venues can close temporarily for maintenance or bad weather.
How long are the jogging tracks?
Lengths vary from a few hundred metres around a park to over a kilometre along a waterfront promenade, and some have distance markers. Treat the on-site signage as authoritative for length and surface conditions.
