(a)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。
All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
(b)在任何時候，不得在處所的閣樓飲用酒類飲品。
No person shall consume liquor at the cockloft of the premises at any time.
(c)凌晨2時至上午9時，處所內不得進行卡拉OK活動。
No karaoke activity shall be permitted on the premises between 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
(d)持牌人須於每天晚上6時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。
The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 6:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day except one weekly day-off.
(e)處所須在其內的公用地方裝設附錄影設施的閉路電視，而所有閉路電視錄影片段須保留最少14天，供警方在有需要時查看。
CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed, and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least 14 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
