(a)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。
All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
(b)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。
The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day, except one weekly day-off.
(c)處所須在其內的公用地方裝設附錄影設施的閉路電視，而所有閉路電視錄影片段須保留最少1個月，供警方在有需要時查看。
CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed, and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least one month and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
