a) 舖前露天座位間可售賣或供應酒類飲品時間為中午12時至晚上11時。
Liquor shall only be sold or supplied for consumption on the outside seating accommodation of the premises from 12:00 noon to 11:00 p.m.
b) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。
All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
c) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口，其解像度水平，須為即使環境昏暗，被拍攝人士的面容特徵仍能清晰可辨。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30天，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。
CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets and of which the resolution is up to the extent that facial appearance of people captured by the CCTV can be clearly identified even in dim light, shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as when required.
d) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得使用設於處所外或在處所結構內而朝外的揚聲器或其他擴音設備。
No speaker or other sound amplification of the premises is to be used between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day either outside the premises or within the structure of the premises facing outwards.
