No person shall be allowed on the balcony of the premises between 6:00p.m. on 31st October, 24th, 25th and 31st December to 6:00a.m. the following day.
b)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得使用設於處所外或在處所內而朝外的音樂設備或揚聲器或其他擴音設備播放音樂或輸出聲響。
No music or loudspeaker or other sound amplification device shall be played or used outside the premises or facing the outside of the premises between 11:00p.m. and 9:00a.m. the following day.
c)處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少14日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。
CCTVs with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed,and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least 14 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
d)持牌人須確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。
The licensee shall ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises.
