a) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 95 人。
Not more than 95 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time.
b) 持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。
The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence.
c) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。
The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises.
d) 持牌人須於每天晚上10時至翌晨2時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。
The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day except one weekly day off.
(e)處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口，其解像度水平，須為即使環境昏暗，被拍攝人士的面容特徵仍能清晰可辨。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。
CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets and of which the resolution is up to the extent that facial appearance of people captured by the CCTV can be clearly identified even in dim light, shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as when required.
