There is genuinely no toll on this route. The Lantau Link has been toll-free since 27 December 2020, and the Airport, Scenic Hill, Cheung Tsing and Nam Wan tunnels are toll-free government tunnels, so nothing is added to the meter.

The $25 return toll is not charged if the hiring begins at a cross-harbour taxi stand, or if your final destination is not on the opposite side of the harbour.
