d)在任何時候，處所內部的外面不得演奏或播放音樂，也不得開著揚聲器或擴音設備。
No music shall be played and no loudspeaker or sound amplification device shall be switched on outside the interior of the premises at any time.
e)持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。
The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises.
